This is believed to help people be more healthy though it causes stress on the body by overheating. Today many countries and groups of people have different ways of heating and using a sauna. The temperature is often 80°C in Finnish saunas. The heat can be more than 100°C. Finnish and Swedish saunas have lower humidity (the air is less wet) to make this high heat comfortable.

In almost every house in Finland they have a sauna.

Saunas have long been used for therapeutic and relaxation purposes and have been a part of traditional medicine for many centuries.

Instead of steam or flame-stoked heat, infrared saunas use infrared lamps and electromagnetic magic to create warmth.As our skin absorbs the infrared light, the light turns into infrared energy and penetrates  muscles and joints.The lamps in infrared saunas focus a penetrating warmth directly on our skin to bring heat-therapy benefits. Many studies have looked at using infrared saunas in the treatment of long-lasting health problems and found some proof that saunas may help. Conditions studied include high blood pressure, heart failure, dementia and Alzheimer's disease, headache, diabetes, and arthritis. But larger and more-exact studies are needed to prove these results.

On the other hand, no harmful effects have been reported with infrared saunas. So if you're thinking of trying a sauna to relax, an infrared sauna might be an option.

ভারতে পঙ্গপালের আক্রমণ

ভারতের বিভিন্ন প্রদেশে পঙ্গপালের আক্রমণ তীব্রতর হচ্ছে, এই করোনাভাইরাস এর প্রকোপের মধ্যে পঙ্গপাল ভারতের জন্য আরেক মাথা ব্যথার কারন হয়ে দাড়িয়েছে।

আফ্রিকা,ইরান, আফগানিস্তান এবং পাকিস্তানের পরে ভারতে এই আক্রমণ শুরু হয়েছে। ৫৫ জেলার মধ্যে প্রায়  ৬০ হাজার হেক্টর জমির ফসল নষ্ট করে ফেলেছে।  তাদের মোকাবিলায় ভারত ড্রোন প্রযুক্তি ব্যবহার করছে যার মাধ্যমে তারা কীটনাশক ছিটাচ্ছে।

ভারত ও চীনের মধ্যে সংঘর্ষ কেন?

১৯৬২ সালে চীন ও ভারতের মধ্যে  যুদ্ধ হয়েছিল এবং ভারতকে বিশাল পরাজয়ের মুখোমুখি হতে হয়েছিল। চীন আকসাই এলাকা দখল করে নেয় এবং অরুনাচল প্রদেশকে নিজের বলে দাবী করে।

 সম্প্রতি ভারত তার  চীনা  সীমান্তবর্তী এলাকায় দ্রুত চলাচলের জন্য  যোগাযোগ ব্যবহার প্রভুত উন্নতি করে যার মাধ্যমে ভারতের জন্য সীমান্ত এলাকায় দ্রুত সামরিক অভিযান সহজ হবে যা চীনের জন্য  উদ্বেগের বিষয় ।

 মঙ্গলবার (১৬ জুন ২০ ) বিতর্কিত কাশ্মীর অঞ্চলের লাদাখে দুটি সেনাবাহিনীর মধ্যে সংঘর্ষ হয় যার ফলে  কমপক্ষে ২০ জন ভারতীয় সেনা নিহত হয়েছেন বলে বলা হয় যাদের মধ্যে একজন অফিসারও রয়েছে।

গালওয়ান নদীর উপত্যকায় চীনাদের বানানো  একটি তাঁবু সরিয়ে না নেয়ার ঘটনা দিয়ে সংঘর্ষের শুরু হয়। চীনা সেনারা ভারতীয়  কর্নেল বি এল সন্তোষকে আক্রমণ করে মেরে ফেলে। প্রচন্ড ঠাণ্ডার মধ্যে নদীতে পড়েও কিছু সৈন্য মারা যায়।

ভারত অভিযোগ  গালওয়ান উপত্যকায় চীন প্রকৃত নিয়ন্ত্রণ রেখা (এলএসি)  ভেঙে ফেললে এই সংঘর্ষের সুত্রপাত হয়। তাদের আরও অভিযোগ চীন তাদের সৈন্যদের পিটিয়ে মেরে ফেলেছে।

ভারত নেপাল বিরোধ কি নিয়ে?

লিম্পিয়াধুরা, কালাপানি ও লিপুলেখ নিয়ে ভারত-নেপাল বিবাদ দীর্ঘদিনের। ভারতের দাবি, এই তিনটিই ভারতের অবিচ্ছেদ্য অঙ্গ এবং উত্তরখণ্ড রাজ্যের পিথোরাগড় জেলার অন্তর্ভূক্ত। উল্টোদিকে নেপালেরও দাবি এগুলো তাদের ভূখণ্ড।

বিতর্কিত ভূখণ্ড কালাপানি আর লিপুলেখকে নিজেদের মানচিত্রের অন্তর্ভুক্ত করে ভারতের তীব্র বিরোধিতা সত্ত্বেও সেই বিল পেশ করা হয়েছে নেপালের সংসদে। এবং  তা পাশও হয়ে যাবে, কারন এই ব্যাপারে  সরকার  আর বিরোধী দল একমত।
